What the Customer Wanted - The client wanted to focus on accurate and reliable communication towards the field force using an appropriate means of communication, such as browser-based Web UIs, on-device client software, SMS/MMS messaging, IVR and other. Managing field force using one or even several of these "channels" includes both, delivery of work requests to field as well as status updates and data reported back from the field.
What We Built - NavSoft delivered an internet application to satisfy client’s need and the Field force management application was deployed at client's hosting server. Our mobile Android application is enabled to collect accurate information in the market in real time and analyze the date immediately it is input at the point of purchase (Accessed via device connected to internet).
