We create detailed Request for Information (RFI) or Request for Proposal (RFP) documents based on your requirements and send them across to the shortlisted vendors.

Proof of Concept (POC) / Pilot

If you have highly complex requirements, we may recommend a POC or pilot project with the top 1-2 vendors to validate their capabilities in a limited scenario.

Once we identify a preferred vendor, we finalize the commercial and contractual terms.
